Doggy-Bloggy-Birthday Preparations

It's time for me to start planning a doggy-bloggy-birthday party! I can tell Maggie is really excited about it, because she stopped eating a pair of my socks long enough for me to tell her that some of you said you would love to come to a blog-party for her. She even smiled - OK, maybe that was just because she had a piece of sock stuck in her teeth, I'm not sure. Trust me, I'd rather my socks be the victim, instead of any cords. Maggie thinks it's really cool how her little puppy-scissor-teeth can slice through extension cords or cables, such as HDMI cables. Don't worry, we make sure she doesn't have access to any of that stuff. I spend about an hour making sure the area is puppy-proofed before she comes inside. Oh my gosh, I just realized I won't be able to continue calling her my 'puppy'. Sniff, sniff - my baby is growing up!

I thought it would be fun to commemorate her first birthday with a slide show of her photos. Any suggestions as to what program, website, or features I should use?

Woohoo! Tell Maggie I can't wait!

In my opinion, dogs absolutely *do* smile!

I still call my almost 6-year-old dog a puppy, and I probably always will. Just like my kids will always be my "babies". :-)

Oh yeah dogs certainly do smile, and noone should deny it! lol Using photobucket or flickr would make a cool slideshow, or really anything for myspace too.

you could post the photos small on the blog, but make 'em clickable so we could enlarge them if we wanted to.

or you could use flikr, which you seem to already have in your sidebar.

puppy pictures are the best.

Just this morning Seven discovered how much fun a brassiere can be. I kept turning a corner to find her dragging it behind her like a security blanket. Sheesh! It's one of the only ones that still fits...

Can't wait for the party! She can always be your puppy - I call both mine puppies and they are 7 and 2 years old!

OMG, Jax will be 3 in March - maybe I should have a Doggy Bloggy Birthday Party for him!
