Sky Watch Friday

If you visited (or proceed to visit) my Sky Watch Friday post on Misty's Words, believe it or not, that photo was the beginning of this same sunset. These photos are what the sky looked like as the sunset progressed.

This first photo is Bear's (one of my best buds) favorite...

However, I preferred this next shot, because of the dramatic colors in the clouds. The photo looked crooked, because I was standing on a hillside when I took it. So, we tried to straighten it a bit... but, this is honestly what the sky looked like. It was amazing. I was still on the phone with my dad, and I just kept repeating to him over and over that he needed to be here with me to see this beautiful sight.

What a fiery sky! So funny you were talking to your dad all this time. And it doesn't look like the same sky at all. The vibrant colors are similar, but the rest definitely isn't. Wonderful, wonderful captures.

Lara
