Fuel for the Fibro

I've got so much to do!
I've already done several loads of laundry, washed dishes, and made cookies for a Christmas party (Yes, after all the holiday treats, a lot of people will be looking for the best diet pill). However, even after doing all that, I still have so much left I need to do.

Right now, I should be rearranging clothes in my bedroom. I need to get out all my dress clothes, because I start my new job tomorrow. However, I just can't get up the energy. My body is really, really sore today. It's probably the Fibro rearing its ugly head... stress, worry, and strong emotions often get the Fibromyalgia all stirred up, and then it starts making me feel like I've been run over by a truck.

I've been on an emotional roller coaster ride with the excitement of the Ohio trip, the devastating news of my aunt's cancer, the preparation for interviews, the waiting for news after the interviews, the excitement of getting the new job, worrying about driving to work for my first day with the possibility of a Winter storm hitting tonight... etc., etc., etc. Yep, that's enough to feed the Fibro Monster.

I need to find a calm and happy 'place'. I'm thinking a nice warm shower and then visits to the many Camera-Critters throughout the world is just what the doctor would order. ;-)

D...

I hope you were able to chillax! How did your 1st day go?

I know what all that is like. I have been living with FM (fibromyalgia) and Chronic Fatigue nearly 26 years now... more recent additions include arthritis and 2 deteriorated discs in the low back. Such fun.

I wish you much healing and joyful days to come.
