Camera-Critters #83
(c) Misty DawnSLast weekend, while out on a walk, I managed to capture this Red Bellied Woodpecker with a berry or some sort of nut in its mouth. I really like this photo, because I feel like I captured a moment rather than just a portrait. Does that make any sense?
We are supposed to have beautiful weather this weekend, so I'm going to try to take advantage of it and enjoy it as much as I can! I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Great red bellied woodpecker shot! We had a beautiful day here in Iowa, Indian summer, I was beginning to think we would not have any more nice days.
