Macro Monday *After the Rain*

As I had said in my Camera-Critters post, I was planning on posting another photo I took of the dandelions after the rain. I had a lot of fun taking these photos, and I was quite pleased with the results. I'm also pleased I had the chance to take them, because the very next day, Hubs mowed lawn, and now my precious dandelion photo subjects are gone. Oh well, I guess it has to be done, right? If Hubs didn't mow, we'd need to get a life insurance online quote to prepare for the Lyme's disease from all the ticks and the bites from the snakes which would move in and call our yard their home. So, I guess it's OK if Hubs mows down the dandelions. hehe
(P.S. I recommend clicking on the photo to view it large.)

i love this one- perfect!
I never realized how pretty these are.
You were very successful taking this one! It's gorgeous! When my grandson was a little boy he called a dandelion an Opa- and Oma-flower( granddad and grandma flower) because of the white head!
Well, man just have to do what man has to do. Sorry for your dandelions, but at least you had marvelous photos of them. My granddaughter was picking every one that she saw from the grass.
Misty that's very pretty! I am amazed by how many of them are out around here!
Wonderful macro shot.
