On another note, today was one of those days I wish I could have stayed home from work. It's actually not because my husband was sweet enough to give me his nasty head cold (yeah, we have a sharing relationship), and I feel like my face is going to fall off. I think I need a doctor... or maybe someone with an it degree to design a program to clear my head... yeah, it could be a "head cold defrag". hehe

This morning, I could have taken so many great photographs (in addition to my face falling off)! We had a light frost, and it really made the landscapes look beautiful as the sun was rising. The cattle also had a light frost on their backs, and it contrasted on the Black Angus color and was rather beautiful.

Also, we are supposed to reach a whopping 59 degrees today! How awesome that will be compared to what we've had lately!

Speaking of weather... this post was initially intended to be lighthearted and fun, but I must change the focus and send my heart, thoughts, and prayers to the victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. What a terrible and unimaginable tragedy.

Sorry to hear you have the cold too. I tried to stay away from evweryone, but I just lost finally. Seems to be better today - well, better enough I had to come to work. Hope yours goes away soon so you can enjoy nice weather.

Wonderful photo, Misty. I love the composition, with the bird on the left, yelling at something unseen on the right. Gorgeous.
Now get rid of that cold and take some of more of your great photographs. (I know, you can't rush a cold, but I thought I'd try.)
