Do you have something special planned for someone special in your life on Valentine's Day? In my opinion, you don't have to spend a lot of money to show someone you care. A lot of times, it's the low cost energy gifts that really touch the heart and mean the most... like a handwritten note, breakfast in bed, picked flowers. That's just my opinion though. What's your idea of the best Valentine's Day gift?
